In the event that a transformer is damaged (e.g., burns out) due to a manufacturing defect on our part, we will replace the transformer at no cost to your company, along with a warranty period of two years.

For all products sold, our company will actively collaborate with users to ensure proper on-site operation and maintenance of the transformers. Additionally, we will provide spare parts at cost price, tailored to the needs of our users.
