Long Lasting Warranty
We offer a standard warranty of 12 months from commissioning or 24 months from B/L date (whichever comes first), covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship with free replacement of defective parts.
Clients receive 24/7 English and Spanish technical support with remote diagnosis and video guidance within 2 hours. In-stock spare parts are dispatched via 5–7 days of air freight or 3–4 weeks of sea freight, with global on-site service available at transparent costs.
