Para garantir a opera\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1vel de seu sistema de energia, a refinaria decidiu atualizar seu sistema de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de energia adquirindo transformadores de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o imersos em \u00f3leo projetados para condi\u00e7\u00f5es tropicais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Desafios ambientais<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Faixa de temperatura<\/strong>: M\u00ednima de 15,1\u00b0C, m\u00e1xima de 37,4\u00b0C, m\u00e9dia de 26,6\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faixa de umidade<\/strong>: M\u00ednimo 80% (a 15,1\u00b0C), m\u00e1ximo 100% (a 37,4\u00b0C), m\u00e9dia 97% (a 26,6\u00b0C).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Corrosividade<\/strong>: Ar carregado de sal com propriedades corrosivas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Requisito de tropicaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>: O equipamento deve resistir a ambientes de alta temperatura e alta umidade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requisitos de equipamento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>N\u00edvel de prote\u00e7\u00e3o do gabinete<\/strong>: Motores rotativos e equipamentos el\u00e9tricos devem ter uma classifica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima de IP55. Os equipamentos em \u00e1reas com poeira combust\u00edvel devem ter uma classifica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima de IP65.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Requisitos el\u00e9tricos internos<\/strong>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locais \u00famidos: Os motores rotativos e os equipamentos el\u00e9tricos devem ter uma classifica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima de IP42.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locais secos: Os motores rotativos e os equipamentos el\u00e9tricos devem ter uma classifica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima de IP41.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solu\u00e7\u00e3o de produto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Com base nos requisitos da refinaria, fornecemos as seguintes solu\u00e7\u00f5es de transformadores de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o imersos em \u00f3leo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. 35kV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tens\u00e3o de sa\u00edda<\/strong>: 10,5kV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e9todo de resfriamento<\/strong>: ONAN\/ONAF<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Material do enrolamento<\/strong>: 100% Cobre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grupo Vector<\/strong>: Dyn11\/Yyn0\/Yd11\/YNd11<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>N\u00edvel de prote\u00e7\u00e3o do gabinete<\/strong>: IP55<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Transformadores de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de 2000kVA ~ 3150kVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Quantidade<\/strong>: 12 unidades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacidade nominal<\/strong>: 2000kVA ~ 3150kVA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>N\u00edvel de prote\u00e7\u00e3o do gabinete<\/strong>: IP55<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Transformadores abaixo de 250kVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Quantidade<\/strong>: 10 unidades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacidade nominal<\/strong>: Abaixo de 250kVA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>N\u00edvel de prote\u00e7\u00e3o do gabinete<\/strong>: IP55<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Transformadores de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de 250kVA ~ 500kVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Quantidade<\/strong>: 4 unidades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacidade nominal<\/strong>: 250kVA ~ 500kVA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>N\u00edvel de prote\u00e7\u00e3o do gabinete<\/strong>: IP55<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sele\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamentos<\/strong>: Os transformadores de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o imersos em \u00f3leo em conformidade com as normas IEC, ANSI e IEEE foram selecionados com base nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais e nos requisitos de energia da refinaria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tropicaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>: Todos os transformadores foram tropicalizados para resistir a ambientes de alta temperatura e alta umidade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Instala\u00e7\u00e3o e comissionamento<\/strong>: Os transformadores foram instalados nos pr\u00e9dios das subesta\u00e7\u00f5es da refinaria, garantindo a opera\u00e7\u00e3o dentro das faixas de temperatura e umidade especificadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medidas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>: Os equipamentos em \u00e1reas de alta umidade e corrosivas foram refor\u00e7ados com n\u00edveis mais altos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de gabinetes para garantir a estabilidade a longo prazo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resultados do projeto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Estabilidade aprimorada<\/strong>: O novo sistema de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de energia opera de forma est\u00e1vel em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de alta temperatura e alta umidade, sem falhas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seguran\u00e7a aprimorada<\/strong>: Os gabinetes de alto n\u00edvel de prote\u00e7\u00e3o evitam efetivamente a corros\u00e3o por n\u00e9voa salina e poeira, aumentando a seguran\u00e7a do equipamento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o da efici\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica<\/strong>: M\u00e9todos eficientes de resfriamento e materiais de alta qualidade reduzem o consumo de energia e melhoram a efici\u00eancia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por meio desse projeto, o sistema de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de energia da refinaria foi atualizado de forma abrangente, garantindo um
