Di conseguenza, si \u00e8 deciso di intraprendere un aggiornamento completo del sistema di alimentazione. Un aspetto critico di questo aggiornamento era la scelta del trasformatore appropriato. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dopo ricerche e valutazioni approfondite, <strong>trasformatore a secco 10kV\/0,4kV <\/strong>\u00e8 stato scelto come componente centrale del piano di aggiornamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Selezione e configurazione del trasformatore<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Modello:<\/strong>\u00a0Trasformatore a secco serie SCB14<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacit\u00e0:<\/strong>\u00a02 unit\u00e0 \u00d7 1600kVA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tensione nominale:<\/strong>\u00a010kV\/0,4kV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gamma di rubinetti:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00b12\u00d72,5%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Metodo di raffreddamento:<\/strong>\u00a0Raffreddamento ad aria naturale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Classe di isolamento:<\/strong>\u00a0Classe F<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Classe di protezione:<\/strong>\u00a0IP20<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gruppo di connessione:<\/strong>\u00a0Dyn11<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Attuazione del progetto<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Costruzione della fondazione:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00c8 stata progettata e costruita una fondazione stabile per accogliere le dimensioni e il peso del trasformatore, garantendone la stabilit\u00e0 e la sicurezza dopo l'installazione.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Installazione dell'apparecchiatura:<\/strong>\u00a0Dopo il completamento della fondazione, il trasformatore a secco \u00e8 stato issato in posizione, livellato e fissato. I cavi ad alta e bassa tensione sono stati successivamente collegati per garantire l'affidabilit\u00e0 e la sicurezza dei collegamenti elettrici.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Debug e test:<\/strong>\u00a0Al termine dell'installazione, sono stati condotti test completi di debug e collaudo, tra cui prove di resistenza dell'isolamento, prove di resistenza alla corrente continua e prove di rapporto di trasformazione, per garantire che il trasformatore soddisfacesse i criteri di prestazione specificati.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Configurazione della protezione:<\/strong>\u00a0Sono state installate misure di protezione da sovracorrenti, protezione istantanea e protezione dal gas per garantire che il trasformatore possa disconnettersi rapidamente dall'alimentazione in caso di guasto, evitando cos\u00ec un'escalation di incidenti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efficacia operativa e benefici<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Qualit\u00e0 di alimentazione migliorata:<\/strong>\u00a0Il trasformatore a secco offre eccellenti prestazioni elettriche e stabilit\u00e0, assicurando una qualit\u00e0 di alimentazione costante e migliorata che soddisfa le elevate esigenze della comunit\u00e0 residenziale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Riduzione dei costi di manutenzione:<\/strong>\u00a0Senza bisogno di immersione in olio o di sistemi di raffreddamento, il trasformatore a secco offre una manutenzione semplificata, riducendo cos\u00ec i costi complessivi. Le sue basse perdite di energia consentono un notevole risparmio energetico, contribuendo a ridurre le spese elettriche della comunit\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sicurezza migliorata:<\/strong>\u00a0Dotato di capacit\u00e0 antincendio e antideflagrante, il trasformatore a secco garantisce il funzionamento sicuro del sistema di alimentazione della comunit\u00e0, riducendo al minimo il rischio di incidenti di sicurezza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L'implementazione del trasformatore a secco da 10kV\/0,4kV per potenziare il sistema di alimentazione della comunit\u00e0 residenziale di grattacieli ha migliorato la qualit\u00e0 dell'alimentazione, ridotto i costi di manutenzione, ottenuto la protezione dell'ambiente e il risparmio energetico e migliorato la sicurezza.
