Per garantire un funzionamento stabile del sistema di alimentazione, la raffineria ha deciso di aggiornare il sistema di distribuzione dell'energia elettrica acquistando trasformatori di distribuzione a bagno d'olio progettati per condizioni tropicali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfide ambientali<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Intervallo di temperatura<\/strong>: Minima 15,1\u00b0C, massima 37,4\u00b0C, media 26,6\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Intervallo di umidit\u00e0<\/strong>: Minimo 80% (a 15,1\u00b0C), massimo 100% (a 37,4\u00b0C), medio 97% (a 26,6\u00b0C).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Corrosivit\u00e0<\/strong>: Aria carica di sale con propriet\u00e0 corrosive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Requisito della tropicalizzazione<\/strong>: L'apparecchiatura deve resistere ad ambienti ad alta temperatura e ad alta umidit\u00e0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requisiti dell'attrezzatura<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Livello di protezione dell'involucro<\/strong>: I motori rotanti e le apparecchiature elettriche devono avere un grado di protezione minimo IP55. Le apparecchiature installate in aree con polveri combustibili devono avere un grado di protezione minimo IP65.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Requisiti elettrici interni<\/strong>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Luoghi umidi e bagnati: I motori rotanti e le apparecchiature elettriche devono avere un grado di protezione minimo IP42.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Luoghi asciutti: I motori rotanti e le apparecchiature elettriche devono avere un grado di protezione minimo IP41.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soluzione di prodotto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In base ai requisiti della raffineria, abbiamo fornito le seguenti soluzioni di trasformatori di distribuzione in olio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>Trasformatore di distribuzione in olio da 35kV 10,5kV 25000kVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol ONAN\/ONAF<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Materiale di avvolgimento<\/strong>: 100% Rame<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gruppo Vector<\/strong>: Dyn11\/Yyn0\/Yd11\/YNd11<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Livello di protezione dell'involucro<\/strong>: IP55<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Trasformatori di distribuzione da 2000kVA a 3150kVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Quantit\u00e0<\/strong>: 12 unit\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacit\u00e0 nominale<\/strong>: 2000kVA ~ 3150kVA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Livello di protezione dell'involucro<\/strong>: IP55<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Trasformatori inferiori a 250kVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Quantit\u00e0<\/strong>: 10 unit\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacit\u00e0 nominale<\/strong>: Sotto i 250kVA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Livello di protezione dell'involucro<\/strong>: IP55<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Trasformatori di distribuzione da 250kVA a 500kVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Quantit\u00e0<\/strong>: 4 unit\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacit\u00e0 nominale<\/strong>: 250kVA ~ 500kVA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Livello di protezione dell'involucro<\/strong>: IP55<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attuazione del progetto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Selezione dell'attrezzatura<\/strong>: I trasformatori di distribuzione in olio conformi agli standard IEC, ANSI e IEEE sono stati selezionati in base alle condizioni ambientali e ai requisiti di potenza della raffineria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tropicalizzazione<\/strong>: Tutti i trasformatori sono stati tropicalizzati per resistere ad ambienti ad alta temperatura e umidit\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Installazione e messa in servizio<\/strong>: I trasformatori sono stati installati negli edifici delle sottostazioni della raffineria, garantendo il funzionamento entro gli intervalli di temperatura e umidit\u00e0 specificati.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Misure di protezione<\/strong>: Le apparecchiature destinate ad aree ad alta umidit\u00e0 e corrosive sono state rinforzate con livelli di protezione pi\u00f9 elevati per garantire la stabilit\u00e0 a lungo termine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risultati del progetto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stabilit\u00e0 migliorata<\/strong>: Il nuovo sistema di distribuzione dell'energia elettrica funziona in modo stabile in condizioni di alta temperatura e umidit\u00e0 senza guasti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sicurezza migliorata<\/strong>: Le custodie ad alto livello di protezione prevengono efficacemente la corrosione della nebbia salina e della polvere, migliorando la sicurezza delle apparecchiature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ottimizzazione dell'efficienza energetica<\/strong>: Metodi di raffreddamento efficienti e materiali di alta qualit\u00e0 riducono il consumo energetico e migliorano l'efficienza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Grazie a questo progetto, il sistema di distribuzione dell'energia elettrica della raffineria \u00e8
