Pour assurer la stabilit\u00e9 de son syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique, la raffinerie a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de moderniser son syst\u00e8me de distribution \u00e9lectrique en achetant des transformateurs de distribution \u00e0 bain d'huile con\u00e7us pour les conditions tropicales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9fis environnementaux<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Plage de temp\u00e9rature<\/strong>: Minimum 15,1\u00b0C, maximum 37,4\u00b0C, moyenne 26,6\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Plage d'humidit\u00e9<\/strong>: Minimum 80% (\u00e0 15,1\u00b0C), maximum 100% (\u00e0 37,4\u00b0C), moyenne 97% (\u00e0 26,6\u00b0C).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Corrosivit\u00e9<\/strong>: Air charg\u00e9 de sel ayant des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s corrosives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exigence de tropicalisation<\/strong>: L'\u00e9quipement doit r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des environnements \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et \u00e0 forte humidit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exigences en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9quipement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Niveau de protection du bo\u00eetier<\/strong>: Les moteurs rotatifs et l'\u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique doivent avoir un indice de protection IP55 au minimum. Les \u00e9quipements situ\u00e9s dans des zones o\u00f9 il y a des poussi\u00e8res combustibles doivent avoir un indice de protection IP65 au minimum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exigences \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur<\/strong>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locaux humides : Les moteurs rotatifs et l'\u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique doivent avoir un indice de protection IP42 au minimum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Endroits secs : Les moteurs rotatifs et l'\u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique doivent avoir un indice de protection IP41 au minimum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution produit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur la base des exigences de la raffinerie, nous avons fourni les solutions suivantes de transformateurs de distribution \u00e0 bain d'huile bo\u00eetier<\/strong>: IP55<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mise en \u0153uvre du projet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>S\u00e9lection des \u00e9quipements<\/strong>: Les transformateurs de distribution \u00e0 bain d'huile conformes aux normes IEC, ANSI et IEEE ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s en fonction des conditions environnementales et des besoins en \u00e9nergie de la raffinerie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tropicalisation<\/strong>: Tous les transformateurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tropicalis\u00e9s pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des environnements \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et \u00e0 forte humidit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Installation et mise en service<\/strong>: Les transformateurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s dans les b\u00e2timents des sous-stations de la raffinerie, assurant un fonctionnement dans les plages de temp\u00e9rature et d'humidit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mesures de protection<\/strong>: Les \u00e9quipements situ\u00e9s dans des zones tr\u00e8s humides et corrosives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 renforc\u00e9s par des niveaux de protection des bo\u00eetiers plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s afin de garantir leur stabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats du projet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Am\u00e9lioration de la stabilit\u00e9<\/strong>: Le nouveau syst\u00e8me de distribution d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 fonctionne de mani\u00e8re stable dans des conditions de temp\u00e9rature et d'humidit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9es, sans d\u00e9faillance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e<\/strong>: Les bo\u00eetiers \u00e0 haut niveau de protection emp\u00eachent efficacement la corrosion par le brouillard salin et la poussi\u00e8re, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9quipement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optimisation de l'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/strong>: Des m\u00e9thodes de refroidissement efficaces et des mat\u00e9riaux de haute qualit\u00e9 r\u00e9duisent la consommation d'\u00e9nergie et am\u00e9liorent l'efficacit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce projet, le syst\u00e8me de distribution d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 de la raffinerie a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement modernis\u00e9, garantissant une alimentation \u00e9lectrique stable et s\u00fbre et apportant un soutien solide \u00e0 la
