Para garantizar el funcionamiento estable de su sistema el\u00e9ctrico, la refiner\u00eda decidi\u00f3 modernizar su sistema de distribuci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica adquiriendo transformadores de distribuci\u00f3n sumergidos en aceite dise\u00f1ados para condiciones tropicales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retos medioambientales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Temperatura<\/strong>: M\u00ednima 15,1\u00b0C, m\u00e1xima 37,4\u00b0C, media 26,6\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rango de humedad<\/strong>: M\u00ednimo 80% (a 15,1\u00b0C), m\u00e1ximo 100% (a 37,4\u00b0C), media 97% (a 26,6\u00b0C).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Corrosividad<\/strong>: Aire cargado de sal con propiedades corrosivas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Requisito de tropicalizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Los equipos deben soportar entornos de alta temperatura y humedad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requisitos de equipamiento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nivel de protecci\u00f3n del recinto<\/strong>: Los motores rotativos y los equipos el\u00e9ctricos deben tener una clasificaci\u00f3n IP55 como m\u00ednimo. Los equipos situados en zonas con polvo combustible deben tener una clasificaci\u00f3n IP65 como m\u00ednimo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Requisitos el\u00e9ctricos interiores<\/strong>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lugares mojados\/h\u00famedos: Los motores rotativos y el equipo el\u00e9ctrico deben tener una clasificaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de IP42.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lugares secos: Los motores rotativos y el equipo el\u00e9ctrico deben tener una clasificaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de IP41.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soluci\u00f3n de productos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bas\u00e1ndonos en los requisitos de la refiner\u00eda, proporcionamos las siguientes soluciones de transformadores de distribuci\u00f3n sumergidos en IP55<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Transformadores de distribuci\u00f3n de 2000kVA ~ 3150kVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cantidad<\/strong>: 12 unidades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacidad nominal<\/strong>: 2000kVA ~ 3150kVA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nivel de protecci\u00f3n del recinto<\/strong>: IP55<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Transformadores de menos de 250kVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cantidad<\/strong>: 10 unidades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacidad nominal<\/strong>: Menos de 250kVA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nivel de protecci\u00f3n del recinto<\/strong>: IP55<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Transformadores de distribuci\u00f3n de 250kVA ~ 500kVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cantidad<\/strong>: 4 unidades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacidad nominal<\/strong>: 250kVA ~ 500kVA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nivel de protecci\u00f3n del recinto<\/strong>: IP55<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Selecci\u00f3n de equipos<\/strong>: Se seleccionaron transformadores de distribuci\u00f3n sumergidos en aceite conformes a las normas IEC, ANSI e IEEE en funci\u00f3n de las condiciones ambientales y los requisitos de potencia de la refiner\u00eda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tropicalizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Todos los transformadores se tropicalizaron para soportar entornos de alta temperatura y humedad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Instalaci\u00f3n y puesta en marcha<\/strong>: Los transformadores se instalaron en los edificios de subestaciones de la refiner\u00eda, garantizando su funcionamiento dentro de los m\u00e1rgenes de temperatura y humedad especificados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medidas de protecci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Los equipos situados en zonas de alta humedad y corrosi\u00f3n se han reforzado con mayores niveles de protecci\u00f3n para garantizar su estabilidad a largo plazo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resultados del proyecto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Estabilidad mejorada<\/strong>: El nuevo sistema de distribuci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda funciona de forma estable en condiciones de alta temperatura y humedad sin fallos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mayor seguridad<\/strong>: Las carcasas de alto nivel de protecci\u00f3n evitan eficazmente la corrosi\u00f3n por niebla salina y polvo, mejorando la seguridad de los equipos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optimizaci\u00f3n de la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica<\/strong>: Los m\u00e9todos de refrigeraci\u00f3n eficientes y los materiales de alta calidad reducen el consumo de energ\u00eda y mejoran la eficiencia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a este proyecto, el sistema de distribuci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda de la refiner\u00eda se ha
