These units are built to meet the rigorous DOE 2016 efficiency standards and are scheduled for shipment to our valued client in the Dominican Republic on December 10, 2025.

Compliance with DOE 2016 Standards

This project required strict adherence to DOE 2016 efficiency standards. To achieve this, Tengyi utilized a high-permeability silicon steel core design featuring a stepped lap joint structure. This advanced manufacturing technique ensures the magnetic flux follows the smoothest path, significantly reducing no-load losses and ensuring high energy efficiency for the end-user.

Superior Manufacturing Craftsmanship

Robust Active Part: The windings were subjected to vacuum impregnation and curing. This process firmly binds the conductors and insulation materials, creating a solid unit capable of withstanding severe short-circuit impacts.

Corrosion Resistance for Marine Environments: Understanding the climate of the Dominican Republic, Tengyi paid special attention to the oil tank fabrication. The tanks were formed using high-quality steel plates and treated with sandblasting and electrostatic powder coating. This forms a dense protective layer effective against saline and humid air.

Zero-Leakage Guarantee: Every unit passed multiple sealing tests, including positive and negative pressure checks, to ensure no oil leakage or moisture ingress during operation.ed that all units performed well within the specified tolerances, exhibiting low noise levels and superior thermal management capabilities.

Rigorous Testing and Logistics

Prior to packing, technical experts conducted comprehensive testing (as seen in the project photos) to verify ratio, resistance, and dielectric strength. The transformers have been securely fixed to heavy-duty wooden bases to ensure absolute stability during lifting and long-distance ocean transportation.

Through rigorous factory testing, all four units have passed the preliminary acceptance, achieving efficiency levels that exceed the target values. The comprehensive documentation and excellent manufacturing condition have received high recognition from the client.

Each of the 4 transformers is securely fixed to a thick, fumigated wooden base. The base structure has been specially calculated to ensure absolute stability during lifting, container loading, and transportation.
